Platinum Package

Our Platinum Pond Maintenance Package is enough to make any pond owner squeal with excitement as we offer weekly visits to maintain your personal paradise. How will you spend all the time you’re saving by letting us do the dirty work? :

• Aquaclearer Extreme^TM for water clarity
• Ecoblast^TM to help fight debris
• S.A.B^TM Extreme to help fight and prevent debris
• EcoCarbon^TM removes odors and discoloration in the water
• Bity Bales help fight and prevent debris and improve water quality

While visiting we’ll also take care of all your general maintenance duties:

• Empty the debris net/ basket
• Clean the skimmer filter mat as needed
• Check the status of your underwater lights
• Check the pump for proper flow
• Check and adjusting the automatic water fill valve (if needed)
• Trim and remove any dead plants and water lilies
• Add rock and gravel as needed

While performing general maintenance, we’ll keep an eye out for any current issues with your pond, and keep a lookout for any future problems that may sprout up. We’ll identify and fix the problem before it’s a problem. Bay State Aquascapes maintenance crew will also pay you a visit in the spring and fall to get your pond up and running and shut it down for the winter. Bay State Aquascapes Party Package is also included!

During the spring, you can expect a visit in late March or early April where we will:

• Drain your pond
• Power wash the rocks and gravel
• Clean your BioFalls filter and skimmer
• Remove all debris from in and around the pond
• Rinse the pond out

In November, we’ll be out to shut your pond down, performing these tasks:

• Set up your winter pump or return de-icer
• Cut back your plants
• Remove any decaying leaves and debris
• Install a heater or bubbler when necessary
